Bookings are only accepted after receipt by the owner of a fully completed booking form with a minimum 25% deposit.  The balance of the amount payable must be received 60 days prior to the commencement of the booking, failure to do this will result in cancellation of the booking and forfeiture of the deposit. In the event of cancellation full rent is payable unless the proprietor is able to re-let.  Holiday insurance is therefore advised. Bookings run Saturday to Saturday from 4.00 pm on the day of the commencement of the holiday to 10.00 am prompt on the last day. Dogs are allowed by arrangement, and if approved, must at all time be kept under proper control. The Proprietor does not hold herself responsible for any loss, damage or personal injury, no matter how caused.
