The Ground floor comprises of hallway, lounge, morning/dining room and fully equipped kitchen and shower room. The Lounge has an open fire, television, video and music centre. The KITCHEN overlooks the enclosed GARDEN area.   Well behaved DOGS are welcome on request.

 

The Sun Lounge leads onto to the garden area which comes complete with garden furniture and a barbecue.  

 

There are 2 double bedrooms, one with a small wash basin and 1 single bedroom and a family bathroom. The landing area provides an excellent snug ideal for curling up with a good book!
